Kastell is a law firm entirely focused on providing superior legal counselling within the areas of competition law, dispute resolution, public procurement and EU law, regulatory advice & complicance. We have no ambition to become a full-service law firm. We are in a position, however, to effectively handle most types of commercial legal issues via our contacts in Sweden and abroad. Kastell aims at having a wide-ranging client base. We assist not only the most important public companies, larger private companies and authorities, but also smaller private companies, lawyers and other consultants which require our cutting edge skills. Our premise is to give legal advice to our clients that has strategic value and a commercial relevance. Therefore, we wish to work closely and on a long-term basis with all of our clients. It is our upmost belief that this is essential in gaining the best result for the client. We will not handle cases with an oversized team and inexperienced lawyers. As a result of our business model, we have chosen a perfect balance between experienced lawyers and our younger associates in order to assure high quality counselling.
