Fondazione Ermanno Casoli (FEC) was founded in 2007 to honor Elica – a global leader company that used to produce hoods for household use– founder memory. It aims at fostering the relation between art and industry, by promoting initiatives in which contemporary art turns into an educational and methodological tool, contributing to improve working spaces and innovation processes. FEC has pioneered the investigation on the link between art and industry. It is now a cutting-edge reference model in the field of managerial education through contemporary art: as a matter of fact, it has been proposing more and more structured and specialized activities, which connect these two spheres by encouraging the mutual respect of their relevant goals. La Fondazione Ermanno Casoli (FEC), nata nel 2007 in memoria del fondatore di Elica – azienda leader mondiale nella produzione di cappe ad uso domestico e principale sostenitrice della FEC – promuove iniziative in cui l’arte contemporanea diventa uno strumento didattico e metodologico capace di migliorare gli ambienti di lavoro e di innescare processi innovativi, ponendosi come obiettivo quello di favorire il rapporto tra il mondo dell’arte e quello delle aziende. Pioniera nell’indagare le potenzialità del dialogo fra arte e industria, la FEC si è affermata in Italia come modello di riferimento all’avanguardia nel campo della formazione aziendale attraverso l’arte contemporanea, proponendo attività sempre più strutturate e specializzate, in grado di far interagire questi due mondi nel rispetto dei reciproci obiettivi.
