DJC Kids Median a publisher of songs, videos and picture books for small children, we are located in beautiful and picturesque North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Our mission is to print only the highest quality books for children we can that are not only fun but (Shhh...make sure no kids are listening!) educational. We love books...plain and simple...and our primary goal is to foster a passion for reading in our youngest of readers. We want them to develop a lifetime love of books too! 　 We are obsessed with words that rhyme (Thank you Dr. Seuss!) and feel our books reflect that passion. At every opportunity we strive to incorporate rhyming couplets into every one of our books. In our illustrations we aim for colorful characters and backdrops that appeal to today's younger children. Although we write primarily for young children, from all the feedback we receive, it looks like we have some "older" fans as well! 　 We are also big believers in stopping bullying in its tracks. All kids deserve a fair start in life, and we as concerned parents, teachers and adults should make every effort possible to support our children and be on the lookout for bullying in all its forms and be willing to step in and put a stop to it.
