SCHRC is a comprehensive harm reduction program that engages in grassroots advocacy, resource development, coalition building and direct services for people impacted by drug use, sex work, and overdoses. Our mission is to encourage and motivate the implementation of harm reduction interventions, public health strategies, drug policy transformation, and justice reform in South Carolina by means of leadership, advocacy, resource and policy development, and education.
