Manfulness Living is a community created for men by men offering a space to talk confidentially about subjects specific to men, while offering solutions to transform one’s life personally and professionally. The Manfulness Living journey will include a variety of different mindfulness oriented practices as well as facilitated group dialogue intended to develop the resources of clarity and awareness. Program activities include group discussions, engaging exercises, and home practices. The goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for exploring how we typically respond when difficult situations arise and to provide tools for creating a balanced life.
