Chorus Nota Bene

www.nobe.ch

Nota Bene is a mixed choir with about 45 members from the Nordic countries. We also have several Swiss members who can speak a Nordic language. Our goal is of course to sing and develop ourselves musically, but also to spread the Nordic culture in Switzerland. That's why we often and gladly sing at Nordic fests like Walpurgis, Midsummer, Advent, Lucia and Christmas. Nota Bene was founded 1985 in Zürich by Elisabet Högström and Marianne Racine, who also was the first conductor. Susanne Larsson took over 1989 and Susanne Hederoth 1993. Since 2011 our conductor is Hans Ahlmann.
