Our estates combine vineyard and luxury hotels to make you discover our exceptional terroirs during an oenological escape on the roads of the south of France. Family owned and independent since 1870, committed to protecting the environment, we preserve the integrity of each of our classified natural sites. Today the sons Olivier, Laurent and Jérôme Bonfils pursue the work on a daily basis and in turn involve their children, the 6th generation. An intergenerational complicity unites them and each one transmits with passion his experiences and best practices. Beyond a company, it is a philosophy that we defend. Each of the Bonfils estates possesses its own history and cultural heritage. Bonfils family owns 17 castles and estates in the south of France in Languedoc Roussilon. With plenty of sunshine and a fragrant Mediterranean countryside that boasts both beaches and mountains, the Languedoc- Roussillon is predestined for tourism. To that end, we developed two vineyard resorts in the Languedoc region: Château Les Carrasses and Château Saint Pierre de Serjac and a third one is in progress.
