Sigma Nutrition, founded in early 2014 by Danny Lennon, is a company aimed at providing objective, high-quality, evidence-based information on nutrition and health sciences. Sigma Nutriiton produces educational content aimed at dietitians, nutritionists, health & fitness professionals, nutrition science academics, and those interesed in the details of nutrition sciecne. This content comes in the form of written articles (including our "Sigma Statements"), lectures, seminars, and of course the podcast Sigma Nutrition Radio, which has been running since April 2014. In addition to this content production arm of the business, Sigma Nutrition also has a coaching arm, where the Sigma's coaches provide online nutrition coaching to both health-focused individuals and serious athletes.
