Prove & Improve (P&I) Consulting (pty) LTD is a socio-economic program development consultancy that is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. The consultancy provides program monitoring support and evaluation services. At P&I, program monitoring support is understood as a systematic process of assessing that the program is being implemented as planned, that is, activities are on-going, outputs/services are produced and outcomes are met. Practically, this involves data collection, capturing, verification, developing a program theory of change, logical framework and an indicator matrix. Program Evaluation is understood as a process of applying social sciences research methods and data from monitoring to make conclusions about the success of socio-economic development programs. Depending on the program point (the stage where the program is at) we do design, implementation (process) and outcome evaluation.
