At UnfoldingU we provide Integrative Health and Transformation Coaching to individuals, companies and groups. We work in educating the public through lectures and workshops for schools, Boy/Girl Scouts, associations and corporations. Individual coaching and group programs are offered for a variety of topics including weight management, chronic health challenges, burnout and mindfulness.
