Michael and Mia co-founded The Global Future Project in 2021. We felt the need to establish a group that shared a simple common goal, to encourage and support more sustainable interactions between society and the environment. We do this in two ways: One - As a sustainability consulting firm, providing ideas and solutions to our clients through our network of highly committed university academics. Two - As a volunteering group, organising beach and woodland cleanups to ensure the conservation of biodiversity On our consulting side, we currently primarily focus on clients who are; 1) Start-ups aiming to raise capital who are looking to gain a head-start on developing their ESG profile in order to attract a wider audience of investors, looking at issues such as how to build a fair and meritocratic governance structure, how their business interacts with society and the environment, and how best to minimise their carbon footprint. 2) Schools who are aiming to gain recognition from sustainability and eco-awards such as the TES Sustainable Schools Award, Green Tree Schools award, Better Energy Schools Award etc...
