Neuro Explosion, founded in 2004, began with Jim Snider, Strength and Conditioning coach for the Wisconsin Badgers, coaching a few amateur athletes and running small camps. Today, Olympic athletes, professionals, youth and everyone in between work with Neuro Explosion. Today Neuro is operated by Jim and Jenna Snider. The foundation of the company lies in performance training - performance of the elite athlete to everyday people looking to improve their lives through strength and health. At Neuro, we believe that the human body is continuously adapting to stress, both positive and negative. This requires an integrated system of constant awareness and a dynamic balance of nutrition, training, conditioning and recovery modalities. We are consistently seeking knowledge in these areas and ways to integrate them to ensure the highest level of performance. Many of the roots of our system are based on Eastern Bloc Training Methodology that will maximize sport specific performance.
