I’m sure you have seen the adverts on TV explaining how you can buy a property from as little as $39 per week which many people didn’t know. Many of them are now property investors. Fred was the pioneer in this type of advertising and now many of his peers are using this same type of marketing to spread the word which he thinks is great.
