We own and manage 540 residential rental units across two multifamily communities in West Knoxville, TN, as well as one commercial rental property in Farragut, TN. The two multifamily communities, Fox Lake Apartment Homes and The Villas of Emerald Woods, were built and have been owned and managed by The Williams Company, LLC, since their construction in 1992 and 2008 respectively.
