The company was incorporated in 1991 as an industrial project with a principal objective of producing active Bentonite for various uses in addition to crushing and preparation of other row materials such as Feldspars with all kinds, calcium carbonate, talc powder, crushed quartz to supply the needs of various industrial and construction projects. The company's factory was established, as one of the largest factories operating in the same field in Egypt, covering an area of forty thousands square meters at the industrial zone in sadat industrial city located on Cairo –Alexandria desert road.
