By steadfastness and rational endeavor, FootPrints, which started with a paper presentation event in 2001, inaugurated by Shri. Narayan Murthy has now become the largest technical fiesta of Gujarat. FootPrintsX9 gave a platform to young minds from all over India to unveil their high-tech skills. RoboWar, car race, structure development events, coding events, weaving competitions and events based on complex chemical composition were the technical hallmarks of FootPrintsX9. The Guest Lecture series comprised of "Raghava Rao" - CFO, Amazon India, "Dr. David H. Grinspoon" - an astrobiologist and an advisor at NASA and "Peter C Schultz"- co-inventor of Fiber Optics. Advance Image Sensing Robotics (Anvira Education), Web Extension (Mozilla) and Machine Learning (Google Developer's Group) were the workshops conducted in FootPrintsX9. The event had a musical ending with an enthralling concert of youth sensation Gajendra Verma. Believing in reflecting joy, imparting knowledge and providing the impoverished with the needy stationaries, FootPrints has adopted 2 villages: Umarva and Shahpura under the segment FootPrints Social Responsibility. Every year FootPrints extends its arms wider than before to the people of these villages. FootPrints also created Guinness World Record for the largest paper bag in the year 2014. Footprints 21 was and will be a unique year of determinance in its history. Even the pandemic was not able to halt it. It was the first totally virtual event of 10 days. It gave students a new skill of online creativity through Designing events, a funtime in vitual treasure hunt and soft skills through presentation events. It also had a great lineup of guest speakers viz. Naveen Jain, Ramanan Ramanathan, Abhilash Reddy, Avelo Roy, Mathew Greenhouse, Jason Pomeroy and Roger Hunter. We also conducted online workshops on some really cool topics like Internet of Things and PCB designing. Going down the ladder arrived Footprints'22 with a new challenge to revive the legacy in offline mode. The team did a exceptional job to not only make some new records but also added various new segments. Envirosavy for the precautions and awareness to save the environment, Pitcher's Project for the upcoming budding entrepreneurs. In kaleidoscope also we had a highly qualified and renowned bunch of people viz. Suresh Prabhu, Nikhil Taneja, Dr. Randeep Gularia, Ravi Venkatasan and Dr. Pawan Agrawal. The workshops were very futuristic and demanding namely AWS (Amazon Web Services), NFT(Non fungible Tokens) and Electric Bike.
