The Minnesota Recreational Soccer League (MRSL) is a men's summer adult soccer league in the Twin Cities. There are around 100 teams that play all over the Twin Cities on Sunday and Monday nights. The MRSL is governed by the Minnesota Soccer Association (MSA) and its rules and regulations. The MRSL is a non-profit organization that has been in existence for over 30 years. The MRSL has 6 divisions for both Sunday and Monday nights. All divisions are competitive. The top division is Division 1. The MRSL season begins the first weekend in May and wraps up mid August, capped off by two weekends of playoffs. Registration for teams entering the league starts around February and closes in March. This give the MRSL Board time to create the schedule and post it by April.
