Founded in 2013 in Singapore, AirGo develops innovative lightweight technologies for demanding applications in industries such as airline interiors, e-mobility, Urban Air Mobility (UAM), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV’s), food processing and medical. Using its award-winning composite technology, AirGo has previously created the world’s first full-composite aircraft seat which is 50% lighter than conventional aluminum seats. AirGo holds an EASA 21J approval (AP485). Our primary production facility is also ISO 9001- and ISO 140001-certified. One of our specialities is Short Fiber Thermoplastic Composites (SFTC) design and manufacturing. Thermoplastic Composites offer numerous advantages over metals and other composite technologies, including a lower carbon footprint, recyclability, low weight, fast cycle times and lower cost at higher volumes. Thermoplastics are also highly adaptable by using optimized grades for use in different industries. Examples are improved impact performance, low flammability, chemical or UV resistance, anti-static and anti-microbial properties. Over the years, AirGo has been featured in 200+ news articles in 20 different languages. We have also won multiple awards and prizes including design, material innovation and sustainability.
