Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is uniquely qualified with combined experience of over 150 years in Professional Liability Errors & Omissions Insurance. Our goal is to consistently provide the highest level of service to clients through our alliance with reliable and financially stable insurers. Our President, Mary L. Smith, also owns AIA which established the very first Insurance Agents Professional Liability Errors & Omissions Insurance Programs for the Independent Insurance Agents of Pennsylvania (now known as IA&B), the Independent Insurance Agents of Massachusetts (now known as MAIA) and the Metropolitan Washington Association of Independent Insurance Agents (MWAIIA). Originally established as non-profit organizations to protect and promote the independent insurance agency system, the independent insurance agent associations chose to create for-profit divisions with the intent of generating non-dues revenue. As a result of that action, AIA's endeavors were taken in-house by the associations. Once AIA's non-compete period was satisfied, AIA successfully established a relationship with a large, reputable insurer that was committed to the marketplace and who currently provides one of the broadest Professional Liability Errors & Omissions Insurance products available to insurance agencies.
