The Peninsula Music Festival is located along the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan in Wisconsin's famed Door County. Hailed for its excellence, the Festival presents a Symphony Series featuring performances by internationally renowned guest artists, and a 65-member Festival Orchestra comprised of musicians representing leading Symphony and Opera Orchestras from around the world including the BBC, Toronto, Dallas, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Dallas Opera and the Boston Pops to name a few. In addition to the summer Festival, our expanding programming initiatives include a Chamber Music Series and Recital Series featuring members of the Festival Orchestra, and special guest artists. Summer performances are held in the state of the art Door Community Auditorium. Built specifically as a performance space for the Festival, the 700-seat Concert Hall employs the finest in acoustic design, and open sight lines so every patron can enjoy an unobstructed view of the stage.
