The whole process is carried out in a completely closed mold. No glue is used in the resulting blade. Glass or carbon fibers are wrapped all around the rotor blade profile guaranteeing the highest possible strength. Blades manufactured in this way display no splices or joints. The process is highly efficient and cost-effective, no single-use consumables are used and an innovative mold concept reduces to zero the occurrence of dry spots. While lowering manufacturing costs, One Shot Blade ® offers increased structural integrity and more production cycles per mold. Existing aerodynamic and structural characteristics can be matched and paired with our technology, resulting in a better return in the long term.
