Elite Building Managers Australia or Elite BMA, is a new concept designed by my wealth of experience in the Building Management and Facilities Management industries. In today’s view, they are one in the same but identified as the FM Industry. My services are for the management of high-rise residential complexes, similar to that of a Caretaker, by way of ensuring that the building and its occupancts are meeting the standard, legislative requirements for functionality. This includes but is not limited to communication between owners, occupants, contractors, visitors, real estate sales agents, emergency services, government officials, developers, builders and the administrative function of the Strata Management company. My experience exists working within sites from as small as 85 lots (apartments) to over 4000 apartments, new building developments and existing properties and mixed use including commercial shops. The business of Building or Facilities Management is essentially mirrored in these industries and something where my passion has been for the past 20 plus years. My services have provided exceptional experience in Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne whick all have different Strata legislation.
