The Antwon and Constance Woods (ACW) Family Foundation was founded by Drs. Antwon and Constance Woods in August 2017. The foundation is a non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c) (3). The Woods family established this foundation with the ideal focus to support physical and mental health among children, educational development among high school and college students, and pediatric cancer research. This foundation will provide youth and their families with support to succeed in life. The Woods Family Foundation's core principles are Education, Health, and Prosperity. Education: To establish scholarships for young men and women in poverty-based communities, and assist those individuals to attend college in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee. Health and Prosperity: The ACW Family Foundation desire to touch every child's life. By doing so, the foundation will be made available, with the assistance of other private philanthropic group and organizations, to support children in Mississippi and the surrounding areas with the primary focus on producing funds for pediatric cancer research.
