We are a multidisciplinary studio working in permitting, site design, grading, utilities, storm water management, and other aspects of Civil Engineering. Our company was in its conception, and still is, an experiment in traits that we think that have been lost in our industry for some time. "Involved" to us means, in the trenches, making the design decisions based on 15+ years of engineering experience, and using judgment and communication skills. Larger firms handle this by turfing the non portfolio projects onto the junior that is fresh out of school. We do not operate that way.
