Over 30 years, Yantai Manoir has acquired the know-how and strong expertise in manufacturing of proprietary alloys; equipped with the latest and most advanced tube automatic production line and inspection facilities. Most of the welders and NDT inspectors are qualified with ASME & EN codes, and Level II or III certifications. In 1998, Yantai Manoir implemented and was certified with its first QA system in conformity with ISO9002:98, and thereafter successively got certified with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, KGS (for Korea), GOST (for Russia) and PED (for EU). Since 2002, for nearly 100 international clients in more than 40 countries, representing 80% of its sales for exporting references, Yantai Manoir has so far supplied +20,000 Reformer Tubes to the main licensors and furnace engineering companies, like Technip, Linde, CBI/Lummus, ITT, Heurtey, KT, Toyo, HTAS, KBR. Meanwhile, successively received approvals with orders from the worldwide top 10 ethylene producers, including SABIC, ExxonMobil, LyondellBasell, INEOS, TOTAL, BASF, Westlake, Formosa, etc., and supplied Radiant Coils for more than 140 complete ethylene furnaces. Based on the well-established worldwide acceptance and great market potentials, Yantai Manoir launched its 2nd phase of a brand-new 60,000 m2 shop expansion project in 2016 which came in full operation from August 2017. Now, Yantai Manoir has become the world's largest single tube production plant, with the full line capacity of +200 tube sections/day by significant upgrade and improvisation of equipment and workflow, with the target of establishing a global model plant, combining new technologies, efficiencies, safety, and environment friendly conceptions.
