Summit Machine Works Inc. is a family owned and operated machine shop in Beloit WI since 1961. Summit has 30000 Sq ft. climate controlled manufacturing facility with both horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers, lathes and support equipment. Summit prides itself in high quality machined parts, on-time delivery and exceptional customer service while remaining cost competitive. With the ability to produce complex parts and apply lean principles to our manufacturing Summit has been a leading manufacturer of hydraulic manifolds and valve bodies since 1975. With experienced knowledge of machining Summit produces a vast array of machined parts for the food, automotive, agriculture, paper, and other industries as well. Summits ability to keep up with the changing technology advances in the industry has kept us competitive in our markets. With a constant review of our equipment and needs of the customers Summit updates equipment and generates new ideas to utilize the equipment. Summit designs custom fixtures for its customers’ to meet needs and reduce lead time. Since 2004 Summit has built several automated cells to help reduce direct labor cost to projects as well. With a dedicated staff to meet every projects needs Summit has taken steps required in the industry. Every part manufactured has a first piece inspection and in process inspection with calibrated gauging techniques to assure quality parts. Summit is ISO 9001:2008 certified and has the ability to produce quality PPAPs which are a requirement of most of our customers.
