The research team consists of food & dairy technologists and experienced chefs who develop the menu at Polar Bear - The Ice Cream Sundae Zone. In a short span of we years, Polar Bear has spread its operations across India in cities like Bengaluru, Belgavi, Hassan, Mysuru, Kolar, Maddur, Mandya, Kunigal, Coimbatore, Salem, Hosur, Davangere, Tiruppur and Pune. Currently there are 85 stand alone Polar Bear Ice Cream Parlors & 10 Polar Bear Cubs (express outlets of Polar Bear in IT Park Cafeterias). The promoters bring in a rich experience of over a decade in manufacturing & marketing of ice cream in different multinational companies.
