Our inspectors been educationally trained through Inspection Training Associates (ITA) or the ASHI Inspection School. We constantly strive to provide quality service and convenience for everyone involved in the home buying process. Our average inspection time is approximately 2-3 hours, and our computer generated reports are e-mailed at the end of the inspection. We prefer to have our clients attend the inspection, as an on-site consultation helps avoid potential misunderstandings. However, if the home buyer is unable to attend the inspection, the report is available online 24/7.
