Rainbow Centre is a social service organisation that aims to empower persons with disabilities to thrive in inclusive communities. We serve persons aged 2 months to 18 years with a diverse range of moderate to severe developmental needs including autism, physical, visual and/or hearing disabilities; many have multiple disabilities. Established in 1987, we are a registered charity currently serving about 1,400 children and youths in the Early Intervention Programme and Special Education Programme, as well as their families. We also provide training and consultancy services for the public, private and social service sectors. Our campuses are located at Margaret Drive, Yishun Park and Woodlands.
