BMW Fin-Invest Private Limited, in year 2014, is a Non-Banking Finance Company, registered with Reserve Bank of India Under Section 45-IA act 1934 with Certificate no. B-05.05626, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Company was established to provide access of affordable small Finance & Micro Loan to the lower and middle income groups. We target the missing middle segment, which is not effectively served by existing formal financial system. Our objective is to make finance available at a reasonable cost in a transparent manner. In the process, we aim to continuously attract mainstream capital and human resources, to serve the chosen segments effectively. The overall market potential for financing micro-enterprises is largely untapped. The micro-enterprises such as dairy, agriculture, passenger auto loans, power loom, hand loom, home based industries, handicrafts etc continue to be drivers of growth. The micro finance players have focused on the people who are close to the bottom of the pyramid, with smaller ticket sizes. As the requirements of financing for different livelihoods and customer segments vary, there is a need for a more customized approach to product offerings so that customer needs can be better fulfilled with significantly larger loan sizes. BMW focuses on this opportunity by providing customized products aligned to the needs of the Micro and Small enterprises and livelihoods, based on four key dimensions – loan size, repayment frequency, tenor and security. In India, 35-40% of population is under Affordable Financial services where many NBFC companies have started Affordable Housing Loan but are not dealing with Affordable mortgage loans/Micro small and medium enterprise loan/Agriculture & Dairy Loan/Micro-finance Loan/Auto Rickshaw/E-Rickshaw. There is a huge potential in this segment which can be tapped easily for our mutual benefit.
