Futureminds offers an accessible and non-stigmatised service for emotional well-being and good mental health. We believe that too often people can enter the mental health service and their difficulties become pathologised resulting in increased dependence on medication and further long term intervention. At Futureminds we have many years experience of working with adults, children and families using approaches and interventions that help clients move forward in their lives. Our experience has also extended to working in organisations using similar techniques to achieve better working relationships and minimise work place stress. We can offer employers a confidential therapy service for employees on an individual basis, therefore avoiding the need to commit to expensive employee assistance programmes.
