WLIP’s projects, animated by our mission, possess a least common denominator grounded in land stewardship. Restoration, rehabilitation, regeneration, and preservation are expressed in every project scope – in contrast with an extractive approach to human-earth interactions – WLIP projects demonstrate a mutually enhancing dimension. Projects include wetlands and stream restoration, forest and wildlife habitat enhancement, and agricultural soils regeneration. Projects are geared to engage private investment for the creation of public benefit with a risk-adjusted market rate of return.
