The Association des Amis pour le Droit Continental (A2DC) brings together lawyers from all over the world in order to enable them to acquire a basic knowledge of Romano-Germanic law and to confront their different points of view resulting from their various legal traditions. The aim of the A2DC is therefore to organize comparative and international legal research projects, which are essential in the era of globalization. The A2DC was officially recognised as a non-profit association by publication in the Official Journal on 17 October 2015, meeting the specific objectives set out in the statutes which are the guideline for its activities.
