Prior to starting her own Partnership Marketing agency, Kathleen was SVP of Media and Development for Hudson’s Bay Company where she worked on partnerships, media, production, charitable giving and business development in the U.S. and internationally. Kathleen joined Saks in 2005 as the Vice President of Marketing for the New York flagship where she led local and national marketing strategies for the brand’s highest volume store. In 2010, she was appointed corporate Vice President, Public Relations and Special Events. She later assumed the responsibility of advertising, partnerships, and brand strategy marketing before being promoted in 2012 to SVP. In 2016, Kathleen was named Senior Vice President of Media & Development at Hudson’s Bay Company. Before joining Saks, Kathleen worked at Neiman Marcus for 14 years where she held a series of positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, public relations, and special events. Throughout her career, she has led numerous charitable corporate initiatives to provide organized and sustainable philanthropic advancement.
