FLASH Realty Partners are a Real Estate Brokerage founded in 2018 in central New York. We were formed by William Bassett whom has many years of experience in Real Estate and management. With a web design, tech, and marketing background. In April of 2019 Billy & Flash Realty Partners merged with One Realty Partners. Taking a step back from ownership & assuming an Associate Broker role has given Billy the chance to continue the huge growth that started in 2017. Working with a brokerage that has the same vision, goals, tech, marketing, & future as planned with Flash has given us the opportunity to form the Milestone Properties NY Team in 2020, with the right tools, and resources to build a team & brokerage that will continue to grow every year & be a staple in the local real estate community many years from now.
