ISPE, Institute for Studies and Power Engineering, was founded in 1949 with the main mission to act as the general designer of the whole Romanian Power System, generation, transmission and distribution. Its activity covers the entire line of consulting and engineering, from power strategy studies and master plans up to the last detail design. In the last years ISPE extended its field of activities to environment and industry.
