We built Hiring Hub because we felt the big, corporate recruitment PLCs delivered a slow, rigid, expensive and commoditised service. We believe independent, specialist recruitment agencies care more and deliver a better service so we sought to unite them, and make it easy for employers to find and work with them. Fundamentally, through Hiring Hub, we aim to use tech to facilitate better relationships between employers and recruitment agencies. We created an online marketplace because it's a meritocracy.
