Coleen has perfected strategic communications with detailed knowledge of crisis communication, project management, research-based decision-making, and more. Coleen received her Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting from Colorado State University in 2001. While working as a photojournalist in TV News, she covered national stories such as President Reagan's funeral in Washington, D.C., Hurricanes Isabel and Katrina, as well as many other notable events. Coleen made the switch to public relations, where she has worked with federal, state, and local agencies. She is the founder of Your Town Media Training LLC.
