biX stands for Business Integration Excellence and has been offering consulting, service and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions at the highest level for over ten years. Our consulting division covers all services for the selection and implementation of BI architectures, the development and implementation of solutions and tools in the backend area as well as the evaluation, selection and implementation of frontend applications. In this environment, we are at our customers' disposal for the entire lifecycle of BI systems - from the initial idea, training and coaching after development and commissioning, to systematic further development of the solution. In our Service business area, we offer four different packages: Application Management Services, SAP Basis Support, Service Desk and biX Managed Services. With these customized services and comprehensive support, we ensure and secure high-performance operation for our customers and increase the cost-effectiveness and productivity of the use of BI systems. Our service managers provide advice, support in optimizing the existing system landscape and ensure smooth operation even at peak times or in cases of extended absence of customer personnel due to vacation or illness. In the Solutions business unit, we support our customers in systematically identifying the potential for digital transformation and then dynamically implementing it - in innovative and economical solutions or new business models. Using modern methods such as design thinking and proven creativity techniques, we are able to reveal this knowledge and inspire with use cases from the same industries or application areas. More than 100 projects have resulted in many customer-specific solutions for customers, which are managed and further developed in this business unit.
