Home Service Solutions is a through service provider for domestic cleaning and care. We are unique in our provisions in the sense that we pride ourselves on person-centred and person-focused support, enabling you to find a solution for all your domestic needs all under one roof. We warmly support those in receipt of our services and provide a bespoke service to you. We work in accordance to the Care and Social Service Inspectorate for Wales, and follow the Domiciliary Code of Practice supplied by the Care Council for Wales. We are committed and unique, in the sense that we provide a specific service to individuals who are in receipt of direct payments, and given that Local Authorities are promoting this aspect of service we would work with you as an individual and enable you to plan and control your care as though you was managing your care package yourself, except we would take on the role of becoming the statutory employer and provide the staff with all necessary training. In the sense of domestic cleaning provisions, we provide a bespoke service which takes into account your needs and requirements. Whether it's because you need a little help and assistance because of a health condition/physical need, or whether its because you have / lead a very busy professional life. We cater for your needs and ensure that your cleaning requirements are addressed. As such we ensure that your bespoke cleaning plan is drawn up and put in place to determine the best plan in order to move forward.
