Learner’s World International School (LWIS) Istanbul was established in 2020 as a private, international, English-medium, co-educational day school (K to 12). LWIS Istanbul is learner-centered in philosophy of education and multi-national in curriculum, staff, and learners. LWIS Istanbul is a member of the LWIS Network. The school aspires to become an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School like its four sister schools in Lebanon. During its first year of operation, LWIS Istanbul will be applying for candidacy and pursuing authorization to implement the IB Programmes starting with the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
