Be Strong International was founded in 1992 to teach teens and young adults about healthy relationships, financial literacy, and educational and career success. Mrs. Althea McMillan, a retired Miami-Dade County Public Schools teacher, founded our organization. OUR MISSION To provide educational services and resources to children, young adults, and families, helping them develop and sustain healthy relationships, thriving families and stronger communities.
