FC Edinburgh became the first team to progress through the SPFL pyramid system, by winning the Lowland League in 2016 and then defeating East Stirlingshire over two legs to make history! Since then we have consolidated our position as Edinburgh's third professional team. The club currently plays in the Scottish Professional Football League 1 and is returning to our spiritual home of Meadowbank Stadium for season 2022/23. The club’s main sponsor is Forth Capital.
