The Prescott Group, LLC (www.prescott-group.com) is a New York-based commercial real estate investment and asset management firm with domestic and international investors, both private and institutional. The firm was co-founded in 1987 by its two senior principals, Theodore R. Gamble, Jr. and Susan L. Stupin. Its primary operating subsidiaries are Prescott Capital Management, LLC and Prescott Capital Advisors, LLC. The firm is both an emerging manager and a woman-owned firm. Prescott offers a range of investment formats, including separate accounts; joint ventures, and diversified portfolio investments. A Prescott entity serves as the GP of its investments, typically structured as LP's or LLC's. Prescott invests in individual properties, portfolios, and operating entities. Prescott also does strategic advisory and investment banking work.
