Established in 1975, Bhagavatula Charitable Trust (BCT) has spanned a journey of 40 years, focusing upon the diverse aspects that enhance the quality of life for people of rural Andhra Pradesh. Established by Dr. BV Parameswara Rao, today the NGO focuses its energies on education, livelihoods, support for the specially abled, agricultural communities and rural entrepreneurship models.
