Business Organization for Students is an association founded in March, 2001 by a group of students filled with initiative, which reunites people with a lot of potential, eager to develop both personally and profesionally, responsible regarding education and aware of the positive impact volunteering has on society. BOS was a founding member of the network JADE Romania, part of the international confederation JADE, the actual Junior Entreprises Europe (JEE). Currently, we are a consultative member for this international organisation and we are sharing the best practices among business associations from all around the world. Our organization is divided into the following departments, just like a real entreprise: Communication, Creative, Human Resources, Research and Development, Sales and International Relations. Our executive board consists of one President, one Vice-president, a Senior Project Manager and the managers from the above-mentioned departments. Each year, BOS members gather their intelectual forces together and organize projects that lay the foundations fot the professional and personal development of students. Within the wide range of projects, we count 1stEP, PRoud, IT is business and Intern. Being a junior entreprise, Business Organization for Students has a complex portofolio of services delivered to companies that lead the Romanian market. During the years, we have established long-lasting partnerships based on the following services: promoting campaigns, qualitative and quantitative research, employer branding, recruitment process, event planning.
