Founded by Late Ms Rachna Sinha Roy in 2017, Counsel Quest (CQ) is fully focused in the arena of training and compliances related with prevention of sexual harassment at workplace, and advises major companies (domestic and international) in framing and implementation of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. In 2018, CQ was empanelled with the Ministry of Women & Child Development for imparting trainings under POSH.
