Avation PLC is a specialist commercial passenger aircraft leasing company managing a fleet of aircraft which it leases to airlines across the world. The Group’s fleet includes widebody, narrowbody and turboprop aircarft. The average age of Avation’s fleet is 3.6 years while the average lease term remaining is 7.5 years (as at 31 December 2018). Avation will continue to grow its fleet and earnings in the coming years targeting both narrowbody and widebody jets and ATR 72-600s from the manufacturer. Older aircraft are sold when opportunities arise. Avation is listed on the Main List of the London Stock Exchange under the ticker LSE: AVAP and is headquartered in Singapore where it is tax resident and a beneficiary under the Singapore Aircraft Leasing Scheme tax incentive. Avation’s credit rating was upgraded to BB-(stable) by Fitch and B+(positive) by S&P in 2018.
