www.aafblackhills.orgAAF Black Hills exists to accelerate the success of the Black Hills advertising community by acting as a catalyst for idea exchange and creative energy. We provide education, resources, and support to the community; recognize advertising excellence; develop future leaders; and promote the value that advertising brings to the area's well-being. With a firm commitment to providing education, AAF Black Hills is an advocate for students breaking into the business, which includes scholarships, student American Advertising Awards Awards, the annual Student Summit, supporting them in the National Student Advertising Competition, and mentorship from our club's breadth of industry professionals. Founded in 1981, AAF Black Hills started out as the Black Hills Advertising Federation whose purpose centered on meeting other creative professionals, networking with industries that service the advertising industry, and provide creative stimulus to its members. In 2009, we changed our name to AAF Black Hills to better identify ourselves with the American Advertising Federation by adopting their name initiative and new branding. As we continue to evolve and grow, we hope to continue to provide outstanding advertising education, inspiration, and networking opportunities to our members and surrounding community.
