www.igovernance.euInnovating GOVERNANCE Association is a non-profit organisation based in Vienna, Austria and addresses a wider spectrum of thematic areas and issues: participatory governance and open government, Co-creation of Public Policies and Citizen Participation; Environmental & Energy policy; Infrastructure planning; Sustainable development; Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL). We aim to become a platform for fast learning and soft skills building, sharing experiences and innovation for better governance through learning, collaboration and experimentation. We provide: - Capacity Building Programs; - Coaching - online and face-to-face coaching, particularly to government reformers; - We specialise in research, assessments and independent evaluations, as well as MEL; - We design curriculums, Facilitators' Guides, conduct needs-assessments, conduct pilots and provide support in institutionalisation of a program be at in-service or pre-service level. Our vibrant community of experts is partly based in Vienna, and is partly distributed across the globe. We are still a small community, who bring together years of professional expertise and experiences, from monitoring to end of project evaluations, project management, facilitation of reflection and learning, managing multi-stakeholder platforms, capacity building based on learner-centered approaches and frameworks, research and analysis, public policy among others. We worked in countries such as Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Nepal, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mongolia, Liberia, Colombia, Austria, USA, Turkey, Sweden, Kuwait, others. We provided consultancy for international development partners, CSOs, Governments including World Bank Moldova/Washington offices, Council of Europe, UNDP Ukraine/Istanbul Hub, UN Women, Open Contracting Partnership (OCP), Transparency International, Natural Resource Governance Institute, ECNL, others.
